Incredibly Deep Joy! This is the best way I can describe the Glory Reborn Easter activity which gathered children who were born at Glory Reborn as well as children of our staff to grow in Jesus together as we celebrated the Easter story of God’s love for us.

Continuing to share the Gospel to these once “babies” of Glory Reborn is always a highlight for myself and our team. Through songs, dancing, crafts, even a skit the true essence of God’s love for each of these precious lives shone through.

Perhaps the most precious moment for me was sitting next to one of these precious children and reading through the Gospel story with her. As we got to the last page to invite God’s love-Jesus-into our hearts hearing her Yes will always be sounding joy in my heart.

This is the living and active vision of Glory Reborn, to witness the birth of generations of Healthy Families and Hopeful Hearts through transformative care, education, partnership and discipleship in Christ.

Thank YOU for being part of this eternal work in generations of hearts. Jesus we thank you for allowing us to be your disciples, your witnesses and bring your life to hearts as we remember your love for us!

A Grateful Heart: Relief and God's Presence in Glory Reborn

Mommy MB has experienced the warmth and care of Glory Reborn twice through the Sponsor a Mom program. Despite their hard work, financial struggles remain a daily reality for Mommy and her family, making them overjoyed to still be eligible for the program.

"Diri sa Glory, atimanon ka. Ganahan sad ko kay kuan sila sa Amahan ug Bible, kay blessing mana siya,” Mommy MB expressed. (“Here at Glory Reborn, they take care of you. I also like how they are centered on God and the Bible because it is a blessing.”)

She further shared “Ganahan ko mubasa sa Bible nga ila gihatag kay malipay ko magbasa unya ako feeling mura kog wa nay problema.” (“I love reading the Bible they gave me because it makes me happy—when I read it, I feel like I have no problems.”) She also shared that her children are always excited to go to church every Sunday, and the whole family attends together.

With tears in her eyes, she also shared her heartfelt wish: "Nindot kung daghan pa silag matabang." (“It would be wonderful if they could help more.”)

Thanks to generous donors like YOU, Glory Reborn can provide not only maternity care but also share God’s love, making His presence known and felt by mothers and families like hers.

Women’s Wellness Fest

On March 29, 2025, women from across Cebu—including the mommies of Glory Reborn—gathered for the Women’s Wellness Fest, a special event organized by Glory Reborn to honor and enrich the holistic well-being of women.

The venue, SM City Mall, came alive with booths offering both fun and meaningful services to equip women in physical, mental, social, occupational and spiritual wellness.

Attendees had their resumes created on the spot including professional AI-generated portraits taken, educational opportunities, accessed free HIV testing, and received heartfelt prayers from fellow women, among many others. Children enjoyed the day playing in the kids booths with bubbles, dancing and lots of joy! Local female artists also showcased their inspirational work.

The fest was filled with joyful praise and worship, energizing Zumba sessions, and inspiring talks followed by a Q&A session—a part the audience especially enjoyed.

Personally, it was such a profound and empowering day listening to Glory Reborn women leading the way in educating nearly 400 participants in holistic wellness.

From the Department of Health, to impacting NGO Partners, to women leading the way in technology to our very own former patient, the Women’s Wellness Fest showcased the very heart and essence of Glory Reborn-using the gifts, skills and heart God has given each of us to bring Him glory and embrace and empower the community around us. Celebrating life, dignity and glory re-born with you!

We were delighted and deeply honored to have hosted the US Peace Corps Philippines Country Director, Marguerite Roy this month. As our fourth US Peace Corps Volunteer, Nikki, completes her two year project with Glory Reborn we are grateful for this powerful partnership which has birthed our maternal mental health program and brought health, hope and wellness to hundreds of mothers.
