The LOVE of A Family

One of the best things at Glory Reborn is walking into our post-delivery room and seeing families who have become a family for the first time. Mommy lovingly and proudly holding her newborn in her arms as Dad beams with delight and this amazing new life which has just entered the world. Sometimes you can almost “feel the love in the air” as you walk into the room. So much love, welcoming smiles, secure arms, and eager fathers ready to help in any way they can.

During our staff prayer night as we prayed over the post-delivery room this was the picture that came to mind. The incredibly loving, welcoming, secure embrace and eager Father who welcomes us into the family of believers. Oh, to know that each and every day we are loved! We belong to a family!

This is our prayer for our mothers and their families as they come to Glory Reborn. We pray that they would experience not just the joy of safely welcoming a new family member but the joy of being welcomed into the family of Jesus, a community of love.

One patient so beautifully expressed: “During my labor, the staff never left my side. As a mom in so much pain, sometimes we feel like we can’t take it anymore. But the Glory Reborn staff are so ready to give us their support… ‘Mommy, you can do this’.”

Thank you for being a part of our Glory Reborn family. We certainly feel your love, your prayers and your support that keep us encouraged as we serve each and every day (even around the clock!).
